Nebraska broker exam format

Pearson VUE-administered exam - salesperson and broker are each National 80 scored items (2.5 hrs) + Nebraska 50 scored items (1.5 hrs), 4 hours total, 75% on each portion independently. Verified against the Pearson VUE Nebraska Real Estate Candidate Handbook (#092800, April 2025), 'Available Exams and Time Allotted', 2026-07-27. NOTE: NREC's own broker simulation page (not machine-fetchable; 404s to automated requests) describes a different broker structure - 75 multiple-choice items (50 national + 25 state) plus 8 scored simulation exercises. The Pearson handbook, which is the document actually read, shows no simulation component for Nebraska. Unresolved; the handbook is modelled here. Nebraska has no dedicated consumer recovery fund.
